Al-Maa'un

سُورَةُ المَاعُونِ

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

أَرَءَيْتَٱلَّذِىيُكَذِّبُبِٱلدِّينِ

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?

فَذَٰلِكَٱلَّذِىيَدُعُّٱلْيَتِيمَ

For that is the one who drives away the orphan

3

وَلَايَحُضُّعَلَىٰطَعَامِٱلْمِسْكِينِ

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

فَوَيْلٌۭلِّلْمُصَلِّينَ

So woe to those who pray

5

ٱلَّذِينَهُمْعَنصَلَاتِهِمْسَاهُونَ

[But] who are heedless of their prayer -

6

ٱلَّذِينَهُمْيُرَآءُونَ

Those who make show [of their deeds]

7

وَيَمْنَعُونَٱلْمَاعُونَ

And withhold [simple] assistance.
